  1. Since it is necessary to return the grip to its original position after the feed is completed, when the feed angle is set to 180 °, the feed performance (feed length) of the separate table can be obtained. In case of using the feed length with a margin, by setting the feed angle exceeding 180 °, it is possible to reduce the acceleration of the material to prevent slip [patent application].
  2. The feed start angle and the feed end target angle (Overrun Check) setting are limited to 210 to 0 to 150 °. Therefore, the maximum feed angle that can be set is 300°.
  3. If you do not use press angle encoder, advance timing control of release timing according to press speed will be ineffective. Actual operation is delayed in Release Lag and Closing Lag time on the graph against the start / end timing of release by the cam signal.
