The Key to Select Series

  1. When sending sheet material, please select T series
  2. Recommend that you use the G series (grip feeder) when rolling or scratching of material due to roll feed is a problem.
  3. Please select the roll feedIng machine from the graph below according to the rotational speed of the press, material width and thickness.

Standard NC Roll Feeding Machine : R Series

The standard model whose release mechanism is based on compressed air.Maximum stamp speed is up to 200spm and maxixmum material thickness is up to 3.2mm.

Compact NC Roll Feeding Machine : J Series

It is a roll feeder of an air release mechanism aiming for compact and high speed response. It is suitable for nonmetallic materials and thin sheet metal materials. The material width is 250 mm and the maximum tracking speed is 300 spm.

High-Speed NC Roll Feeding machine : HSeries

It is a high-end model equipped with electromagnetic release mechanism. It uses a dedicated encoder and supports up to 1000 spm. With the electromagnetic release mechanism, air piping is unnecessary, and numerical control of material pressing force is also possible.

Long Sprint NC Roll Feeding machine : A-A Series

It corresponds to a maximum of 600 spm. It is possible to feed longer than conventional high speed NC roll feeder, and the material width can accommodate up to 600 mm. & br; Air piping is unnecessary by electromagnetic release mechanism. We have automatic plate thickness adjustment function.

NC Roll Grip Feeding Machine : G Series

This product hold material by surface of grip (not by line of roller) and carry it. This method has advantage of avoiding damaging material compared with rollers.

Like the H series, electromagnetic release mechanism is adopted, air piping is unnecessary, and numerical control of material pressing force is also possible.

The TG4, feed length max 40mm, press speed will follow up max 1000spm.

The G11, feed length max 110mm, press speed will follow up max 600spm.

NC Twin Roll Feeding Machine : T Series

Two feeders placed on the left and right sides of the die, feed and draw material.


T20/T30 is a standard model that uses a C-shaped frame and allows sheet materials to be inserted from the front of the main body.
TR50 mainly uses coil material and uses feeders on the left and right to stabilize feeding.
TJ06/TJ15 is a compact model for short materials. Sheet materials cannot be inserted from the front of the main unit.

The models of H series and G series synchronize operation with press machine by a private rotary encoder (rotation sensor). Other models do so by two synchronizing signal. The products which are syncronized by a rotary encoder cannot cope with servo press machine.

About the use outside Japan

Our NC feeders are manufactured on the basis of specifications for domestic (in Japan) use.

When the machine is exported, make sure that it is provided with safeguards required in the destination country before starting operation.
