NC Twin Roll Feeder : TRF Series
This series is designed for short materials. Its characteristics are shown below.
- The machine is equipped with a C-type frame. A workpiece can be supplied from the machine front.
- With a sliding plates as standard, the machine position is possible to adjust to the inside or outside of a bolster (by manual operation).
- The main body and controller unit are integrated and it saves space.
Maximum stamp speed is 200spm and maximum matrial thickness is up 3.2mm. Two models are provided for vary material width.
The lower movies are about this product utilized for processing short materials. Click screen and the movie will start. It has sounds, so please be attentive to volume.

Controller
短尺材を取り扱うモードとコイル材を取り扱うモードがあり、動作が異なります。
Sheet Mode
- Indicator of Feed Length.
- Count of stamp by discharge.
- Indicator of rest stamp.
- Discharge length (cm).
Coil Mode
- Indicator of feed length of left machine.
- Indicator of feed length of right machine.
※Set the digital switch of "press shot count" to 000.
