We would like to inform you about the error code display of the controller 4XXC equipped with the NC roll feeder as follows.

Warning display

Warning display C. : These indications are a warning before failure, the product probably has no defect.

C. 40	Phase loss in power supply	Use 3-phase power supply.
C. 41	Detects low voltage	Check the power supply voltage.
C. 50-1	Motor A connection error	Use the correct motor. Insert motor A into MT-A connector.
C. 50-2	Motor B connection error	Use the correct motor. Insert motor A into MT-A connector.
C. 50-3	Differences in specifications with or without press rotation sensor	Match the specifications with or without a sensor. ・For specifications with a sensor, re-insert the connector.

E. 52-1	No need to connect motor A	Unplug the MT-A connector.
E. 52-2	No need to connect motor B	Unplug the MT-B connector.
E. 52-3	No rotation sensor connection required	Wrong model / cable connection.
E. 53-1	Incompatibility between motor A and controller	Use the correct motor/controller.
E. 53-2	Incompatibility between motor B and controller	Use the correct motor/controller.
E. 58-3	Press rotation sensor communication error	Check the rotation sensor cable for damage. ・Re-insert the P-EN connector.
E. 59	Controller internal communication error	It cannot be dealt with locally.
E. 60-1	Motor A overload /heating abnormality	Reduce acceleration (press speed). Review the material loop. Is the release timing off? Isn't the material still under load due to hitting it against the mold? Reducing the weight of materials.
E. 60-2	Motor B overload /heating abnormality
E. 61-1	Abnormal operation of motor A.	Check the motor A cable for damage. Re-insert the MT-A connector.
E. 61-2	Abnormal operation of motor B.	Check the motor B cable for damage. Re-insert the MT-B connector.
E. 62-1	Motor A control error	It cannot be dealt with locally.

E. 63-1	Discrepancies in the positional relationship of multiple motors. (or voltage abnormality in the power supply circuit)
E. 68	Origin detection error	Reinsert the MT-A connector. Can you manually move the feed mechanism with the power turned off? Apply lubricant to the movable shaft.
E. 70-2	Overload /heating abnormality of plate thickness motor	It cannot be dealt with locally.
E. 70-4	Electromagnet control abnormality, electromagnet failure

E. 84-1	Controller internal over fever	Allow enough time for the controller to cool down. Use in an operating environment below 40℃. Reducing material weight.

E. 85-1	Fan abnormality inside the controller.	It cannot be dealt with locally.
E. 85-2	Fan abnormality at the bottom of the controller	Is the fan spinning? Re-insert the fan connector. Replace the fan.

E. 85-4	Electromagnet fan abnormality	Is the fan spinning? Reinsert the FN /IO-B connector. Replace the fan.

E. 85-6	Motor fan error	Is the fan spinning? Reinsert the FN /IO-A connector. Replace the fan.

E. 99-9	Internal abnormality of controller	It cannot be dealt with locally.

AC_OFF	Detects power OFF Detects momentary power outage	The display is normal when the power switch is OFF. Turn off the power and turn it on again. Use a power supply with stable voltage.
