NC Twin Roll Feeder : T Series

Two feeders placed on the left and right sides of the material feeding and pulling.
Our lineup includes the conventional model T20 / T30, which is mainly used for processing sheet materials, the compact type TJ06 / TJ15, and the TR50, which is designed for stable feeding when processing coil materials with a wide range of materials.

T and TJ are equipped with a slide plate as standard equipment, which can be positioned inside and outside (manually) of the bolster.

The controller 450C automatically adjusts the optimum acceleration from the specified feed length and press speed. A level meter that monitors the load of the feed motor is also installed as standard. 4 models are provided for vary material width.

For installation, two signals for synchronization with stamping and air supply are required. Please check whether the length of sheet material to be used reaches enough between the rollers of the left and right main body.

In the model of 3.2mm maximum material thickness, you can choose from two types of width. T20 / T30 is equipped with a C-type frame. workpiece can be supplied from the machine front.

The purpose of TR50 is to stabilize the feed when processing coil materials with a wide material width by using the left and right feeders.
It can also be used in seat mode, but it is not equipped with a slide plate.

Maximum material width is 500mm and the thickness is 3.2mm. Material supply from the front of the main body is not available.The table below shows basic specifications.
