NC Twin Roll Feeder : T Series

This series is designed for short materials. Two feeders placed on the left and right sides of the die, feed and draw material. The compact model TJ06 and TJ15 are newly lineuped.

The main body and controller unit are integrated and it saves space. With a sliding plates as standard, the machine position is possible to adjust to the inside or outside of a bolster (by manual operation).

New control unit automatically adjusts feed acceleration by specified feed langth and press stamping speed. And a level meter for monitoring the load of the feed motor is also installed.

4 models are provided for vary material width.

In the model of 3.2mm maximum material thickness, you can choose from two types of width. T20 / T30 is equipped with a C-type frame. workpiece can be supplied from the machine front.
