NC Roll Feeder : RF-A Series
The standard model whose release mechanism is based on air cylinder.
Maximum stamp speed is 300spm and material width is up to 3.2mm. 6 models are presented for various width and thickness.
For installation, two signals for synchronization with stamping and air supply are required.
About option products, please see the other page.
For faster stamp speed, we suggest HS-B Series. And to deal with short material, TRF series is also suggested.
RF06A
The smallest model in our feeders. Maximum material width is 70mm and the thickness is 1.2mm. The table below shows basic specifications.

速度は200spmです。
1997年のRF203発売以降、マイナーチェンジで改良を重ね、2008年末までに約3000台出荷のロングセラーモデルとなりました（RF203/305/503およびRF201/301/501の累計出荷台数）。基本仕様は下表を参照下さい。

Explanations in the panel are English only.
- Indicators of conditions.
- Indicator of feed speed.
- Indicator of feed length.
- Buttons to adjust value set.
- Indicator of Release Mode.
- Step feed on runninng or item changer on setting.
- State changer of roller open or close.
Controllers of RF-A Series have same appearance. But each controller is not unusable with the other machine because its own parameters are set. Moreover, it is not compatible with other models.
